James went above and beyond! He took time out of his Saturday to help me troubleshoot my golf cart and get it back up and running — all without even knowing me. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help a stranger were truly impressive. I really appreciate his time and dedication — highly recommend!

John was great to work with. He was straightforward and honest. He showed us our vehicle and recommended the nearby credit union for financing which got us a better rate than we would have otherwise. He went out of his way to make the process very quick and painless. He sells good quality vehicles only. Would recommend.

I purchased a fabulous 2014 Lexus from the shop, very professional and knowledgeable staff until this day. It is a great vehicle. I have had it for over a year and like I was told all I have to do is keep up with the maintenance. This has been a fantastic experience and a fantastic vehicle

Recently traveled from out of state to purchase a 2020 Edge and was very pleased at how nice the salesman was. He answered all of my questions over the phone and helped get the paperwork started. He was also incredibly patient as I thoroughly checked over the vehicle. Thank y’all so much!

John went Above and Beyond on our December purchase of a 2022 Jeep Renegade. Did I say he bent over backwards (even when we made mistakes and our credit union made errors?) He stayed patient and was determined to help us solve issues that were OURS and he really did not have to do anything. I highly recommend this dealership if you want an experience where you are not just a number and where they treat you as they would treat themselves or family members. The car is awesome and our daughter loves it! Thanks John!

EVERYONE MEET IZZY THE "IS"!!!
A Lexus IS has been on my 5 "Bucket List" cars from back in the early 2000's when Lexus came out with the IS 350 with the great taillights!
My old SUV got totaled this past Sunday (NOT REBECCAS FAULT) While looking at some more SUVS my Wife who knows me all so well asked me, "Why don't you look for an IS now that Anthony's a Little bit older and you are commuting? I'm sure the gas mileage will be better, and you've always wanted one why not buy one now" (SHE knows me too well)
That's all I needed folks, I hopped on the old innerwebs and I'm telling you I had 4 picked out in less than 15 minutes! Did my pricing research, and the one I liked the most was the most fairly priced, but it was at a "side of the road dealership" If you've dealt in cars like I have for all my life this is usually a big red flag. But I decided to try it out. The moment I met John at Carolina Motors 378 I Knew I was dealing with a good man. He was very honest and knew all the history of the car as he had purchased it from a friend of his. He let us drive it and I fell in love! He explained pricing and everything (I had already done all my research he was well back of what he could've been asking) I honestly spent less than 25 mins total in his dealership and the deal was done and I could not be happier!!
If you are in the market for a used car and you like supporting local business go check him out!!
I can't thank my wife enough for knowing me and knowing I just need a push sometimes to go get what I wanted!!

After having researched used2010- 2013 Ford Transit Connects online for weeks Carolina Motors popped up with a 2011 XLT Premium
1. The mileage was under 80 k
2. The overall condition was very good I'd say.
3. The price undercut other vehicles that were similar to this one by more than a couple thousand dollars.
4. I arranged to buy it ASAP and am extremely pleased with my purchase.
